Two feature films will begin production in Las Cruces and Doña Ana County on January 31st, 2022. Film Las Cruces is pleased to share this news with the community, but is unable to provide many details about either production until there is an official announcement from the New Mexico Film Office. These two film productions will begin on January 31st and continue through the week of February 21st.
In an effort to keep the community of Las Cruces and Doña Ana County informed of this exciting news and potential impacts, we have outlined below what citizens in our area might encounter. - May impact pedestrians access to path at the I25 underpass

To those interested in working on the crew of a film production, but do not know where to start, Film Las Cruces will be hosting an online workshop where the Membership Coordinator for New Mexico’s largest film technicians union, IATSE Local 480, will be in attendance to discuss the various pathways to membership and answer any questions from prospective crew members.
