Every month, Film Las Cruces puts on virtual workshops about a variety of topics ranging from make-up, healthcare, union representation, acting, and more. We bring in experts from all over the state to talk to our local film community and share their experience!
This month’s workshop was on acting and we had a great turn out; the guests were two actors (Mark Vasconcellos, Marcela Salmon) and an agent (Katrina Fristoe, SWAG Talent,) who gave first hand experience about working as an actor, give tips about how to put yourself out there and even answered all the audience questions. It was a great night and a valuable one for people wanting to get into the industry.
